Is the DJI Mavic Air, the right drone for you? That depends on what you are looking for in a drone. If you were already considering the Mavic Pro, it’s worth giving the Air a very close look — it’s got very similar specs, it’s easier to pack up, and it’s got some hardware improvements. But if you don’t need to shoot 4K video or RAW images, going with the Spark could help you save some money. If you do get the Mavic Air, don’t forget some extra batteries for longer flight time. In my our testing, the drone stayed airborne for about 21 minutes of flight time. But it’s super fun to fly, you’re going to want to keep flying a whole lot longer than that.
An amazing amount of tech in a pocketable drone, the DJI Mavic Air is one the best travel drones you’re going to find right now -next to the Mavic Pro. DJI Store
